Biography

He continues to maintain his fighting shape by lifting stones and flipping tires in his Loudoun County garage while training at American Top Team. When not working or training, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three Australian shepherds.

Extensive experience proving and protecting inherited and premarital separate property, including assets that have been commingled with marital property. Skilled in applying Virginia’s Keeling and Brandenburg formulas to trace and extract separate or inherited shares from commingled assets. Track record securing clients a disproportionate share of marital assets by tracing funds back to a separate source, or by pointing to the opposing party’s failure to meet their burden of proof. In one short-marriage case, secured a client 90% of the marital estate by tracing his claims through multiple properties and accounts back to premarital sources. Extensive track record with overcoming discovery objections and withholding information regarding property, assets, income, and fault related grounds to divorce such as adultery.
